Key Responsibilities- Machine Operation: Set up and operate Table Saws, Overhead Pin Routers, and Bandsaws to produce high-quality finishes.
- Technical Drawing Interpretation: Read and accurately interpret technical drawings to determine the required components and the safest method to complete the task.
- Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards by self-checking all work produced and adhering to all CTQ notes on the drawing.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform standard operator machine checks and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience and technical proficiency with woodworking machinery, including Table Saws, Overhead Pin Routers, and Bandsaws.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and rectify out-of-specification components.
- Mathematical Skills: Competence in mathematics and fluency in speaking and reading English.
- Continuous Learning: The ability to continuously learn, stay updated with new procedures, and share skills and knowledge.
- Timekeeping and Reliability: Excellent timekeeping and reliability.
- Training and Development: Specific training will be provided to ensure you have the skills and knowledge required for the role.
- Overtime Opportunities: Additional overtime depending on workload.
