Job Title: Bridge Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:

Carrington West is seeking an experienced Bridge Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of bridges and highway structures across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance team in bridge and highway structure maintenance
  • Manage tasks such as cleaning, jet washing, graffiti removal, drainage clearing, and more
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with Health and Safety, Environmental, and Quality protocols
  • Report site activities clearly and professionally
  • Liaise with clients and attend meetings as required
  • Work in both day and night shifts across the UK, predominantly in Yorkshire
  • Ensure team compliance with machinery, plant equipment, and hazardous materials usage
