People Services Coordinator

Job SummaryWe are seeking a People Services Administrator to join our People Team and deliver high-quality support and 1st line guidance to our employees and managers when it comes to people processes and payroll.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support on HR systems, including issuing logins and assisting with password resets.
- Run HR data reports from the HR system as requested by managers and other members of the people team.
- Audit and continuously improve our HR administration processes to provide an effective, accurate, and prompt HR service.
- Support with people team projects and engagement initiatives when required.
- Organize and maintain personnel records.
- Be a main point of contact for all employees and managers when it comes to people processes and payroll.
- Work closely with Payroll to input new starters, leavers, and internal changes by updating the HR system, ensuring the monthly deadline is met.
- Assist with the monthly payroll process and upload for our external payroll provider, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Oversee the payroll inbox, responding to any questions or queries from employees and managers.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure all new starters receive a smooth onboarding process and have all the necessary information before their first day.
- Creation of contract of employment, contract amendment letters, and leaver acknowledgement letters.
- Maintain the right to work database and escalate any issues to the relevant HR Business Partner.
- Confident in verbal and written communication.
- High attention to detail and levels of accuracy.
- Confident in gathering and presenting data.
- Organized, resourceful, and results-orientated.
- Able to prioritize.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- A strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- An understanding of HR processes is desirable.
