Key Responsibilities- Participate in global employee relations projects and activities, providing expert guidance and support to leaders and managers.
- Advise on processes and procedures in accordance with Labcorp policies and relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Provide coaching and training to leaders to enhance their employee relations skills and confidence.
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of training programs for managers, working closely with the Global ER Learning and Development lead.
- Supply intelligence and insights to business units and countries to inform proactive employee relations strategies.
- HR Subject Matter Expertise in Employee Relations, with a strong understanding of HR disciplines and employment laws.
- Minimum 5 years of employee relations experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Specialist legal or employment law qualifications, such as a law degree or CIPD certification.
- Excellent HR experience and interest in employee relations, with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to summarize complex information succinctly, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and spoken business English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to support various time zones over a flexible work pattern, while complying with working time provisions for the country where the successful candidate resides.
- Dependent on location, this may be an office or hybrid role, with minimal travel required (5-10%).
