Job Title: Senior Pricing Manager - Modelling and Development

Ageas Insurance Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Pricing Manager - Modelling and Development to join our team. As a key member of our pricing function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain complex pricing models using advanced statistical techniques and data analysis tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop pricing strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform pricing decisions.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management on pricing-related matters.
  • Lead and mentor junior pricing analysts to develop their skills and expertise.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in insurance pricing, with a strong background in actuarial science and statistical modelling.
  • Advanced knowledge of programming languages such as SAS, SQL, and Python.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
