Requirements:
  • A degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in supporting individuals in transition or similar social services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement.
  • Ability to conduct assessments and create action plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation and policies in social work.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help individuals achieve independence.
Working Hours and Pay:

36 hours per week, 09:00 - 17:30, £19.92 per hour.

Location: North London, London.
