Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is working in partnership with a luxury hotel in the New Forest to find an experienced Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a large team of F&B staff and assist in the planning and execution of conferences, events, and banquets.
  • Support the Conference & Banqueting Manager in the development and implementation of event strategies.
  • Assist in the management of event budgets and ensure that events are delivered within budget.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote the hotel's conference and banqueting facilities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
