At The Surbitonian Vine, we focus on crafting high-quality products and beverages for our local customers in a welcoming and friendly manner.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Shift Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, be confident in their ability to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service.
  • Preparing high-quality beverages and food items with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Developing a comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage products.
  • Effective communication with colleagues and customers.
  • Following company policies and procedures.
  • Key Holding - Opening and closing the store, ensuring all tasks are completed.
  • Leading a team and ensuring targets and expectations are met.
  • Cash handling and management.

Job Type: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00-£13.50 per hour
