About the Role

Resideo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Category Manager to join our team. As a key member of our category management team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability for a high-value category of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Category Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy, including product mix and pricing models.
  • Work closely with suppliers to negotiate agreements and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales reporting, promotional effectiveness, and inventory effectiveness metrics.
  • Provide administrative support and ad-hoc requests as assigned.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in supply planning and/or inventory management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
