We are seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our established and growing team in Edinburgh. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will work with a dynamic caseload of clients, including HNW individuals, local families, and individuals, providing a range of advice on asset protection, tax, and executry administration.

You will work with large trusts and estates, support succession planning, and create and execute wills and power of attorneys, as well as undertake work on guardianship and capacity cases.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice on asset protection, tax, and executry administration
  • Working with large trusts and estates, supporting succession planning, and creating and executing wills and power of attorneys

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients

We are looking for a well-versed solicitor with 5+ years of experience in Private Client, excellent customer service and relationship management skills, and a positive attitude towards career development.
