About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Designer CDM Specialist to join our team at Brandon James Ltd. As a key member of our construction consultancy, you will provide expert design safety advice to clients, including one of the largest architectural firms in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver confident and knowledgeable design safety advice to clients, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations.
  • Manage a portfolio of 20+ projects, providing expert guidance on design safety and risk management.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide detailed safety assessments to identify potential risks and hazards.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
  • Tech IOSH Membership minimum.
  • APS Membership.
  • Degree in a design or technical field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience as a Principal Designer CDM Advisor (preferred).
