Administrative Support Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to provide part-time support to our Finance Director. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of accounts office processes and be able to commit to a 20 hour working week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General office administration, including processing Engineers working hours through Sage
  • Dealing with suppliers and Subcontractors via phone and email
  • Processing of Purchase Ledger Invoices, including administration of Project Managers invoice authorisation routine
  • Statement Reconciliation
  • Assisting the Finance Director in preparation of regular Payment Runs
  • Issuing Sales invoices for Service and Maintenance projects
  • Processing Managers Credit Card receipts and expenses
Requirements:
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, across 3, 4 or 5 days per week
  • Experience of working within a busy commercial office environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft software
  • Self-motivation and capacity to work to deadlines and timescales
  • Organised approach and positive attitude, including the ability to use own initiative
  • Excellent verbal, written and IT communication skills
