Work schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off, followed by 4 nights on, and 4 nights off.
Shifts: 07:00 - 19:15 and 19:00 - 07:15.
Overview of the Role:
Your responsibilities will include operating and overseeing machinery, including Forklift operations (training will be provided), ensuring safety and efficiency. You will communicate any issues to your immediate supervisor and work diligently to minimize waste while enhancing productivity across all production lines. Additionally, you will support your colleagues in achieving high standards in health and safety, product quality, equipment performance, and employee engagement during your shifts.
