About the Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team at Streamline Search. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes and final products.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Process Monitoring and Audits: Monitor production processes and perform regular audits to identify and address quality issues.
  2. Quality Certifications: Ensure that manufacturing processes adhere to ISO and other relevant quality certifications.
  3. Root Cause Analysis: Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address non-conformances, customer complaints, and quality issues.
  4. Quality Documentation: Maintain accurate quality documentation.
  5. Supplier Evaluation: Evaluate and monitor the quality of incoming materials from suppliers.
  6. Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues and ensure material specifications are met.

Requirements

  1. Engineering Background: Strong background within engineering.
  2. Quality Experience: 4 years' experience in a quality-based role.
  3. Quality Management Systems: Sound knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001:2015).

Package

  1. Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience).
