About the Role

We're looking for a technical leader who can manage, mentor, and inspire a team of developers to achieve high performance and continuous improvement. As a Senior Software Engineer/Manager, you'll oversee project delivery, contribute to code development, design, and architecture, and ensure the team follows best practices for software development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of developers to achieve high performance and continuous improvement

Technical Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python. You should have proficiency in Python development, including experience with frameworks such as Django or Flask, and knowledge of AI libraries is a bonus. Experience with cloud platforms (ideally AWS), databases (we use Postgres), and DevOps practices and automation tools is also required.
