About the Role

This is a highly visible position within Aviva, where you will be responsible for defining and implementing the investment strategy for our award-winning Workplace Auto enrolment solutions. You will work closely with our Wealth Proposition team and internal/external asset managers to ensure that our customers' financial wellbeing is supported.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement investment strategies that align with our ESG and climate framework, as well as commercial needs.
  • Monitor the performance of our investment managers and manage relationships with various collaborators.
  • Support the production of internal MI for our Investment Committees and Life Boards.
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of investment issues and performance drivers relevant to multi asset funds.
  • Highly numerate and analytical with a developed capability to interpret data, challenge proposals and find solutions to complex problems.
  • Project management expertise including demonstrable experience of solution design, change implementation and senior collaborator management.
  • Extensive knowledge of asset classes in both public and private markets (equity, fixed income, private market…).
What We Offer
  • National salary between £60,000 - £75,000, London salary circa £100,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
