Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement investment strategies that align with our ESG and climate framework, as well as commercial needs.
- Monitor the performance of our investment managers and manage relationships with various collaborators.
- Support the production of internal MI for our Investment Committees and Life Boards.
- Deep understanding of investment issues and performance drivers relevant to multi asset funds.
- Highly numerate and analytical with a developed capability to interpret data, challenge proposals and find solutions to complex problems.
- Project management expertise including demonstrable experience of solution design, change implementation and senior collaborator management.
- Extensive knowledge of asset classes in both public and private markets (equity, fixed income, private market…).
- National salary between £60,000 - £75,000, London salary circa £100,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Bonus opportunity - 12% of annual salary actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
- Generous pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in.
