Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Financial Operations Assistant to join our team at Senitor Associates. As a key member of our finance department, you will provide essential support to our team by handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile specified bank accounts and post bank entries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support the production of invoices to clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Enter data into our system and produce P&D reports, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as requested by the Finance Lead, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
  • Assist in purchase order administration, ensuring all necessary procedures are followed.

Requirements:

  • GCSE Mathematics and English or equivalent in experience.
  • AAT qualification or similar is preferable.
  • A proactive, positive, can-do attitude, with a strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure.
