Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Reach Truck FLT operator to join our team at Rapier Employment, a leading provider of driving, commercial, production, and logistics services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating Reach trucks to pick and move car parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking car parts using hand-held scanners and moving stock around the warehouse
  • Checking stock numbers and ensuring accurate inventory management
  • Operating Reach trucks safely and efficiently, with a focus on productivity and quality
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months recent experience operating a forklift truck
  • Valid Reach FLT license, accredited by ABA/AITB/RTITB/ITSSAR
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to pass a theory and practical FLT assessment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and quality
