We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Vistry Group. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service across our new homes portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively seek out prospective sales opportunities and follow up with leads to optimize business outcomes.
- Manage and implement new innovations to drive sales growth and meet business targets.
- Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of our new homes sites and build progress to ensure customers are given every opportunity to purchase a new home.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to completion, ensuring every customer contact is recorded and in line with GDPR.
- Deal with customers in a polite, friendly, and efficient manner, ensuring they are kept fully and regularly informed of the progress of their purchase.
- Respond to cancellations and make every effort to 'save' the sale, identifying the reason for cancellation and offering suitable alternatives.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, delivering under pressure.
- Experience in generating leads and sales through telephone-based business development.
- Proven experience within sales in the new homes industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent IT skills, with demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Comfortable using multi-channel forms of communication.
- Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Excellent administration and organizational skills.
- An interest in property and the housing market.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Full driving license and access to a suitable vehicle.
