About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Savers in Retford. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, managing and coaching your team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist the Store Manager in maintaining a high level of store standards, including visual merchandising and stock management.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring that costs are minimized while maintaining high-quality customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
