About the Role

Pertemps Telford is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an SEO & SEM Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize and elevate search engine rankings for multiple clients across various industries.
  • Drive successful advertising campaigns across a range of platforms.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with clients' goals.
  • Create engaging social media posts, blogs, and multimedia content that support broader digital marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze data using tools like Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and social media analytics to gain meaningful insights.
  • Present results, strategies, and training sessions to both internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with our creative and account management teams to deliver cohesive and effective marketing solutions.
  • Compile monthly social media calendars, SEO/SEM performance reports, and ROI analyses that showcase the impact of your work.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting innovative digital marketing strategies for potential new clients.
Requirements
  • A strong working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • A 'can-do' attitude with a passion for pushing boundaries and delivering standout results.
  • Experience with social media platforms and tools, with a proven track record of creating and managing successful social media campaigns.
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and engagingly to clients and team members alike.
  • A track record of successfully managing multiple digital marketing projects and campaigns, ideally within a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Proficiency with industry tools such as SEMrush, SpyFu, Google Tag Manager, and social media management platforms.
  • A keen understanding of the latest Google algorithms and best practices.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of completing projects from start to finish within set deadlines and budgets.
