Handyman

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyperson to join our dynamic team at Mountjoy, a leading construction and maintenance company in the south of England.

As a Handyperson, you will be responsible for carrying out checks on doors within our halls of residence, identifying remedial works to ensure compliance with current regulations.

You will also support our day-to-day reactive repairs, performing tasks such as clearing blockages, acting as a second man, and completing minor installation works.

• Carrying out door checks and identifying remedial works
• Supporting reactive repairs and performing tasks such as clearing blockages and minor installation works

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment
• Extremely organized with good communication skills
• Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving
• Comfortable working with a PDA
• CSCS Card (desirable)
• Full clean driving licence
• Good understanding of working in the Property Maintenance environment
