We are seeking a skilled Doorperson to join our team at 100 Princes Street, a luxurious hotel in Edinburgh. As a Doorperson, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome to our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Ensure the lobby area is clean and tidy, maintaining a high level of presentation and attention to detail.
  • Manage the flow of guests, directing them to the correct areas of the hotel and providing information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Work collaboratively with the Guest Services team to ensure seamless delivery of services and a high level of guest satisfaction.
