Job Description

Role Overview

Jameson Legal Tech is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Consultant to drive the firm's innovation and growth through cutting-edge technology solutions. As a key member of our team, you will lead the adoption and mastery of tools that elevate strategic goals, champion assigned solutions, and ensure they deliver transformative value.

Main Responsibilities

  • Technology Strategy and Implementation

Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy to drive business growth and innovation.

Solution Adoption and Mastery

Lead the adoption and mastery of tools and technologies that elevate strategic goals and drive business outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful solution adoption and implementation.

Vendor Management and Contract Negotiation

Manage relationships with external technology vendors and service providers, and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal business outcomes.

Quality Assurance and Monitoring

Monitor the quality of products provided by vendors and report any issues to ensure high-quality solutions.

Roadmap Development and Management

Develop and manage the roadmap for solutions within a defined part of the solutions portfolio.

Requirements

  • Technical Expertise

High level of proficiency and experience in using and leveraging the Microsoft PowerPlatform, as well as other relevant technologies, such as document automation, contract lifecycle management, artificial intelligence, e-discovery, knowledge management, and data analytics.

Business Acumen

Proven track record of driving and managing successful technology projects and initiatives, from ideation to implementation and evaluation.

Industry Knowledge

Strong experience in legal technology, innovation, or digital transformation, preferably in a law firm, legal technology provider, or technology consulting practice.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with various audiences.
