We are seeking an IT Coordinator to support the reliability and availability of IT services at Maggie's, a leading charity providing emotional support to those affected by cancer.

The successful candidate will work closely with the IT Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems, providing technical expertise and support to staff and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all IT systems, computers, and equipment are in good working order and available for approved users.
  • Liaising with suppliers to deliver an efficient and effective IT system.
  • Working with the main IT support provider to ensure physical security, disaster recovery, data protection, virus protection, and backup arrangements are in place.
  • Providing advice and training to staff on the use of Maggie's IT systems.
