The Project Manager's RoleAs a Project Manager, you will be working within the Property sector on projects worth up to £50m. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with clients to create and define projects from inception to completion. This will involve coordinating with client suppliers and operators to ensure that the client brief and specification are adopted and fulfilled.
Requirements- A degree in Construction or Project Management.
- Employers' agent experience is beneficial.
- Membership to a relevant professional body, such as RICS, APM, or CIOB, is ideal.
- Previous client-facing experience is essential.
- Prior experience working for a construction consultancy is preferred.
- A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000.
