In this pivotal role, you will contribute to a dedicated team focused on ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while offering various solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and retain a portfolio of clients nearing the conclusion of their agreements.
- Investigate product alternatives to foster customer loyalty.
