Job Title: Senior Medical Device Engineer

Werfen is a leading developer, manufacturer, and distributor of specialized diagnostic instruments and related solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Medical Device Engineer to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Senior Medical Device Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing medical diagnostic systems. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of new products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop medical diagnostic systems, including software and hardware components.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product quality and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and technical specifications.
  • Conduct testing and validation of medical diagnostic systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other teams as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of designing and developing medical diagnostic systems.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including FDA and ISO standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
