Job Summary:
The CRA GROUP LIMITED is seeking a skilled Gardener/Driver to join our Enfield Parks Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the excellent condition of our parks and open spaces, ensuring they meet the high standards of our visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the grounds and parks to a high standard, including mowing, pruning, and weeding.
- Operate horticultural machinery, including tractors and mowers, to maintain the parks and open spaces.
- Work in a team to achieve park maintenance goals and objectives.
- Assist in the maintenance of highways and housing team areas, including cemeteries.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety guidelines and regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance is desirable.
- Knowledge of plant identification and horticulture is desirable.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations is essential.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions is essential.
- Driving license allowing up to 3.5 tonne (transit tipper) is essential.
Working Conditions:
- 35 hours per week.
