We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team at Simplify, a leading conveyancing and property services business. As a Conveyancer, you will play a vital role in contributing to the delivery of exceptional service to our clients and other third parties in all residential conveyancing matters.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a high-volume caseload of residential conveyancing files, including freehold and leasehold transactions, shared ownership, and new build projects.
- Effectively communicate with clients, third parties, and colleagues to ensure the smooth completion of conveyancing transactions.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve measured targets and deadlines.
- Strengthen and build relationships with clients and third parties, putting them at the heart of what we do.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing a high-volume residential conveyancing caseload.
- IT literacy with experience of using a case management system.
- Confidence in communicating with clients and third parties.
- Ability to work to targets and deadlines to ensure the smooth completion of conveyancing transactions.
