We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team at Countrywide HQ. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales and providing exceptional customer service to prospective homebuyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Utilize development, marketing materials, model homes, local resources, and developer relationships to effectively manage sales generation.
  • Customer Service: Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for homebuyers from initial meeting through to home completion, building confidence with potential homebuyers by selling the features and benefits of the home products and homebuilding experience.
  • Needs Identification: Generate buy-in by effectively identifying the needs of potential homebuyers and matching related solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Preferably experience in New Homes Sales with a builder/developer or transferable Sales experience such as Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator, Lettings Sales, or similar.
  • Skills: Able to build relationships and deliver sales in a target-driven environment, outstanding customer care/customer service experience, resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and act on your own initiative, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
