About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Needs Practitioner Level 1 to join our team at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland in Castle Douglas. As a key member of our 24/7 service, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) support needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with ABI, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Develop and implement tailored support plans to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless support and care.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
