Role Overview:
Due to significant business growth and a commitment to high-volume manufacturing, we are seeking multi-skilled Maintenance Engineers to join our Operations Group. In this role, you will support manufacturing processes by:

  • Conducting Preventive Maintenance activities
  • Responding effectively to equipment breakdowns
  • Monitoring equipment performance
  • Providing insights to enhance process yields and efficiencies

Additionally, you will collaborate with the Projects Team to implement equipment modifications. This position allows you to contribute to the future of healthcare while advancing your career.

Work Environment:
You will operate in a clean room or controlled setting, offering technical expertise to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance specialized automated equipment and processes.

Shift Pattern:
Our current openings support a 4 on 4 off Days and Nights rotating schedule, or 4 on 4 off Nights.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience in Engineering within a manufacturing context
  • Skills in precision assembly setup, machine tool usage, fault diagnosis, and problem resolution

A recognized Engineering apprenticeship or a higher education qualification (such as ONC, HNC, HND, or degree) in a relevant field is essential.
