Job Title: Community Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Community Mental Health Nurse to join our team at NHS Scotland. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and provide support to individuals with mental health issues
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to promote recovery and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain expertise and stay up-to-date with best practices

Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification and NMC PIN
  • Experience working with individuals with complex mental health issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Leadership qualities and ability to make effective clinical decisions
