We are seeking a skilled and diligent Maintenance Technician to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing professional and courteous maintenance services to our customers, requiring repairs and alterations within their newly purchased apartments.
The ideal candidate will have practical knowledge and experience of a trade or trades, ideally in carpentry, plumbing, and decorating, and will hold a basic electrical qualification. Previous experience in housebuilding/construction would be advantageous. If you hold a technical qualification in building, such as City & Guilds, this is preferable.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality maintenance services to customers, completing snagging issues to a high standard of workmanship.
- Work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a wider team.
- Take great care and pride in your work, keeping disruption to a minimum for our customers and tidying up after yourself when carrying out duties and repairs.
- Use a handheld tablet/mobile phone to assist with your diary, daily tasks, and scheduled works.
- Occasional visits to our Head Office may be required.
- Travel within the Midlands and Northern region, with a Company Van provided.
- Valid UK Driving Licence.
- Excellent people skills, with the ability to demonstrate a courteous and professional manner, able to communicate with sensitivity, tact, and diplomacy.
