Stock Assistant

We are recruiting for Seasonal Staff to join our team in Argento Head Office. As a Seasonal Stock Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping us prepare for our busiest time of the year.
Key Responsibilities:- Efficiently and effectively receive and store goods inwards following Argento's internal processes and procedures.
- Assist with online orders, including picking and packing, replenishment, manual handling, stock control, and use of in-house systems.
- Accurately pick and pack orders ensuring a high level of quality and accuracy, following brand packaging guidelines.
- Carry out detailed engraving on jewellery in line with customer requirements, brand guidelines, and company procedures.
- Follow security, health & safety, fire safety, and housekeeping guidelines and standards, ensuring all waste is disposed of safely and in line with company processes.
- Ensure all tasks are prioritized and completed within expected timescales to a high standard.
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively, using product numbers and codes.
- Proactive and capable of working under minimum supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team.
- Ability to work to high standards, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Computer literate with experience of using Microsoft Office packages, including Excel and email.
- Well-presented with an enthusiastic, positive, proactive, and professional approach.
- Flexibility both in duties within the team and in hours of work to ensure that business needs are met.
- Right To Work Documents (UK Citizens - Passport or Birth Certificate & NI / All other Citizens - Copy of Sharecode Document).
