Year 2 Teacher Position

We are collaborating with a dynamic and welcoming primary institution that is in search of a dedicated and emotionally aware Year 2 teacher. The students are diligent, compassionate, curious, and creative, and the staff aims to nurture well-rounded, self-assured learners through a supportive educational atmosphere. Therefore, we are looking for a primary educator who can enhance student achievement and design captivating lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement engaging and effective lessons for Year 2 pupils in accordance with the National Curriculum.

· Offer continuous feedback and support to Year 2 students to foster their growth and development.

· Establish a safe and structured classroom environment that promotes learning.

· Work collaboratively with colleagues to cultivate and share effective teaching practices.

· Utilize data to guide instructional decisions and modify teaching methods to accommodate the diverse needs of all learners.

· Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians to update them on Year 2 student progress.

· Participate in and contribute to staff meetings and professional development initiatives.
