Job Opportunity: Consultant Interventional Radiologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Interventional Radiologist to join our team at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality interventional radiology services to our patients.

About the Role

This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 12 months to cover sabbatical leave. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in interventional radiology, including vascular and non-vascular work, and be accredited in Clinical Radiology and on the specialist register.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality interventional radiology services to patients
  • Work collaboratively with clinical colleagues, pathology staff, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and maintain expertise in interventional radiology procedures
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in interventional radiology, including vascular and non-vascular work
  • Accreditation in Clinical Radiology and on the specialist register
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clinical colleagues, pathology staff, and support staff
  • Flexible outlook on working hours
  • Full driving license
