Healthcare & Regulatory Solicitor

A highly reputable team is seeking an experienced Healthcare & Regulatory Solicitor to join their ranks. This exciting opportunity offers a challenging and rewarding role for a skilled professional.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage defendant clinical negligence claims with precision and attention to detail.
  2. Oversee a caseload of litigated and pre-litigated clinical negligence cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  3. Demonstrate strong advocacy skills and provide support in handling civil claims, leveraging expertise in CPR.
  4. Utilize previous experience working for the NHS and/or private healthcare sector to drive success.
  5. Exhibit excellent technical ability and knowledge of CPR, communicating effectively with colleagues and clients.
  6. Work collaboratively as a well-organized team player, managing time effectively to meet strict deadlines and targets.
