About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst Team Lead to join our Group Service Management team at Sky Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of delivery analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of delivery analysts to deliver high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with other teams, such as data engineering, to secure necessary resources and support for project delivery.
  • Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges, identify alternative solutions, and drive project success.
Requirements
  • Proficient in GCP, BigQuery, SQL, Python, and Tableau for data manipulation and visualization.
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
  • Proven ability to lead a team of analysts within project delivery, delegate and assess outputs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, including financial management and accountability.
