Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Sherwood Forest Residential and Nursing Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, in line with their individual care plans and needs.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Encourage residents to participate in leisure and social activities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team culture, promoting a safe and supportive environment for residents and colleagues.
