Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HGV Class 1 Driver to join our team at Logistics People. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hold a valid HGV 1/C+E Licence
  • Ensure compliance with Driver's hours and WTD legislation
  • Conduct regular vehicle checks to ensure safety and report defects correctly
  • Comply with on-site health and safety requirements
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
Requirements
  • 6 months of UK HGV Class 1 driving experience
  • No more than 6 points and no DD/DR Code convictions
  • Current valid DCPC & Tacho cards
What We Offer
  • Competitive pay rates: £16.26 P/hr (Days), £17.38 P/hr (Nights), £19.61 P/hr (Saturdays), £20.18 P/hr (Sundays)
