Russell Group University Science Graduates Sought for Teaching Assistant Roles

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Russell Group university science graduates to join our team as teaching assistants. As a teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students of secondary age in a range of subjects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with students of all ability ranges, including those with English as an Additional Language (EAL) and Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Run intervention sessions and booster groups to support students who require additional support
  • Be involved in running extracurricular activities to enhance student engagement and motivation
Requirements:
  • Graduation from a Russell Group university in any subject
  • No previous education experience is required, but a passion for education and a willingness to learn are essential
  • Up-to-date safeguarding training is desirable, but not essential
