We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at NeuroSupport Services Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries (ABI) to live independently and achieve their goals.
About the Role:As a Female Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life. Your duties will include:
- Assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
- Supporting clients to access community resources and activities
- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
- Assisting clients with medication management and administration
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of six months' experience working in a support worker role or similar
- A full UK driving license and access to your own car
- Experience working with individuals with ABI or similar conditions
- Basic computer skills, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- A flexible and positive approach to work patterns and schedules
- A genuine desire to make a positive difference to the lives of others
