Job Title: Female Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at NeuroSupport Services Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries (ABI) to live independently and achieve their goals.

About the Role:

As a Female Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Supporting clients to access community resources and activities
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Assisting clients with medication management and administration
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of six months' experience working in a support worker role or similar
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own car
  • Experience working with individuals with ABI or similar conditions
  • Basic computer skills, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • A flexible and positive approach to work patterns and schedules
  • A genuine desire to make a positive difference to the lives of others
