Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Amber Labs is responsible for identifying outstanding consultants to facilitate the growth of the company. This role involves close collaboration with Recruiters and direct reporting to the Head of People and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive job descriptions for available roles
- Source and connect with prospective candidates through diverse channels
- Establish talent pipelines for data and digital transformation teams
