**Electronics Department Manager Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Electronics Department Manager to join our team at Maxwell Stephens Recruitment. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the electronics department, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all electronics services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the electronics department, including planning, finances, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance the provision of electronics support in the department.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Estates to ensure a collaborative and innovative approach to electronics provision.
  • Lead and work operationally with the dedicated electronics team to ensure the smooth running of all electronics services.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical management skills and extensive understanding of the modern field of electronics.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with a clear commitment to service delivery.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage proactively with the department and support the wider goals of teaching and research.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
