Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at Ember Inns. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving culinary excellence and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to quality and freshness
• Lead and motivate a high-performing kitchen team to achieve exceptional standards
• Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability
• Collaborate with our purchasing team to source high-quality ingredients and suppliers
• Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and waste
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef Manager in a high-volume kitchen environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food trends and techniques
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and composed demeanor in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
