Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (30 minute working time adjustment on a rota basis), 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota basis

Salary: £48,000 OTE (including £30,000 to £42,000, dependant on experience, plus up to £6,000 bonus)

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team at Lookers Mercedes Benz of Maidstone. As a key member of our Service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities


• Conducting vehicle health checks using the latest technology

• Performing vehicle services in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and customer requests

• Carrying out additional repairs once authorised by the customer

• Warranty repairs are completed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and relevant documentation is up-to-date

• Conducting road tests to ensure all faults are rectified

• Completing all relevant paperwork to a high standard

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a workshop environment. You will be self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn, with the ability to work to the highest standards. A full UK driving licence and completion of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification are essential. Previous experience of working with the brand would be advantageous, although full brand accreditation training can be provided.
