About the Role

CITRUS CONNECT LTD is seeking a highly skilled Sales Design Consultant to join our team. As a pivotal member of our clients' design team, you will transform staircases into stunning focal points, leveraging your creativity and expertise to deliver high-quality design solutions.

The Opportunity

As a Sales Designer, you will attend 10-15 appointments weekly within a 90-minute radius of your home. You will conduct detailed design consultations, using our cutting-edge presentation software to captivate clients and convert leads into sales. Enjoy a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct design consultations to understand client needs and preferences.
  • Use insights and rapport to close sales effectively, building strong relationships with clients.
  • Maintain client records through meticulous CRM management, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Present immersive designs using company-provided tools, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Design Enthusiast: Passionate about design with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of design principles.
  • Sales Pro: Skilled in consultative selling and building client relationships, with a strong ability to communicate effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with interactive software and a high-spec Windows laptop, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Organised: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Own Car and Driving licence: Access to your own vehicle and driving licence, with a valid UK driving license.
