Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Housing Services Team as a Housing Needs Officer. This role will involve delivering a housing management service, including debt recovery and enforcement action, to maximize income and sustain tenancies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver actions relating to allocations and rent arrears in line with our policies and procedures.
  • Maximize income and sustain tenancies through effective debt recovery and enforcement action.
  • Deliver an effective housing management service, preserving our income and meeting agreed KPIs, SLAs, and legislative requirements.

Requirements

  • A HND level or other relevant qualification, or 3 years of relevant experience in a similar housing role.
  • Access to transport or travel to visit locations.
  • A Basic Disclosure Scotland check is required for this post.
